PE Anti-Corrosion Adhesive Tape

The viscoelastic anti-corrosion adhesive tape is an ideal anti-corrosion product. Widely used in corrosion prevention and repair of the anti-corrosion coating of oil and natural gas pipelines, repair of damaged 3PE anti-corrosion coating, and corrosion protection of irregular equipment such as flanges, valves and pumps. It has unique cold flow property and can repair itself during anti-corrosion and repairing process to achieve complete protection. Due to the excellent chemical resistance and no peel-off of the cathodic protection layer, the product can completely eliminate water intrusion and microbial corrosion and thus ensure unique long-term effect.

The anticorrosive primer and PE anticorrosive tape together constitute the polyethylene cold wound anticorrosive system. Coated on the surface treatment of steel tube, can fill a small bump on the surface of the steel tube, and can increase the adhesive tape with sticky relay between steel tube, at the same time it is also a kind of excellent corrosion inhibitor.

Anticorrosive coating for towers is a two-component, thick-type, one-side polyurethane acrylic coating with excellent weather resistance and long recoating performance. This product has both anti-corrosion, weather resistance in one, with excellent wear resistance, impact resistance, color retention and aging resistance.

Cotran wraparound repair sleeve (CWRS) is designed to repair damaged cable jackets and protect cable or pipes where needs corrosion protection on undamaged ones. CWRS is made from modified cross-linked polyolefin (XLPE) with a hot-melt adhesive. When heating, the sleeve shrinks and the adhesive melts, thereby achieving tightly bonding between the sleeve and the cable. It provides an excellent solution of protection against mechanical stress, harshest environments, moisture and corrosion.

CWRF is a fiber reinforced repair sleeve, which is composed of XLPE and fiber layer. It can provide better mechanical properties. CWRA is a fiber reinforced and aluminum layer reinforced repair sleeve, which is composed of XLPE, fiber layer, and aluminum layer. It can provide more stronger mechanical properties than CWRS and CWRF.

COTRAN tornado X526 light insulation material is a self-curing insulating coating material for robot coating. The coating material can be quickly constructed and cured at room temperature.
