Cotran cold shrink terminations (indoor/outdoor) are precisely designed to meet the parameters of international cable and cable accessories standards such as CENELEC HD 629.1 S1, IEEE-48 class 1, IEEE-404, IEC60502. Our cold shrink terminations offers reliable and consistent performance for longer service life. We have designed our cold shrink terminations for single core and 3 cores extruded UA, SWA/STA, CWS/CTW cable through 36kV.

Applications：

designed for applications to seal and protect electrical splices, cable terminations and joints where electrical insulation and water proof are required. 3:1 shrink ratio allows it easily fit over irregular shape and large connectors.

COTRAN 930 is made of fully vulcanized rubber as the base material, supplemented by one tacky mastic layers of waterproof. It can meet the wear-resistant, waterproof and needs of sheath repair for all types of cables. COTRAN 930 is used in heat shrink and cold shrink field to provide good waterproof, insulation and sealing as the cable joints accessories.

The specially designed chemical formulation and carefully controlled manufacture technology effectively release the high electrical stress present at insulation screen in termination and joint of power cables up to 36kV.

Product Introduction

Made from radiation cross-linked polyolefin. The dual layer structure of insulation/hot melt adhesive effectively provides electric insulation and shock protection to busbar up to 24KV. Widely used to protect irregular shape busbar or connectors where tube products can not be applied.
