Cotran cold shrink terminations and joints are composed of a series of pre-expanded silicone tubes and necessary accessories. The core is removed after the tube is positioned for installation over an inline connection, or terminal lug, allowing the tube to shrink and provide a excellent waterproof seal and electrical insulation. The terminations and joints are designed to be suitable for SWA/UA, XLPE/PVC, Single-core and multi-core cable rated to 0.6/1kV.

COTRAN spacer tape is extruded into two crossed threads that can then divert liquids, leading to its wide usage for casting resin joints in different applications, such as Low- and Medium Voltage, Cable Accessories and 2-component epoxy or PUR Cast Resins. It is engineered to build up voids in odd shaped splices and assures full resin coverage and forms a liquid tight mold.

COTRAN tornado X526 light insulation material is a self-curing insulating coating material for robot coating. The coating material can be quickly constructed and cured at room temperature. After curing, it has good insulation properties, ultraviolet resistance, strong adhesion, mechanical wear resistance and heat resistance.

It can carry out automatic insulation treatment for 35kV and below overhead bare wires, and can work with live line, automatic up and down line, safe construction, convenient and efficient. COTRAN HHWT co-extruded heavy wall heat shrinkable tubing with hot melting adhesive is made from radiation crosslinked polyolefin. Specifically designed formulation makes the tubing to have outstanding physical, chemical and electrical properties, and also meet the requirement of RoHS and other environment concerned standards. It is designed for applications to seal and protect electrical splices, cable terminations and joints where electrical insulation and water proof are required. 3:1 shrink ratio allows it easily fit over irregular shape and large connectors.
