Cotran heat shrink terminations (indoor/outdoor) are precisely designed to meet the parameters of international cable and cable accessories standards such as CENELEC HD 629.1 S1, IEEE-48, IEEE-404, IEC60502. Our heat shrink terminations offers reliable and consistent performance for longer service life. We have designed our heat shrink terminations for single core and 3 cores extruded UA, SWA/STA, CWS/CTW cable through 36KV.

COTRAN HHWT co-extruded heavy wall heat shrinkable tubing with hot melting adhesive is made from radiation crosslinked polyolefin. Specifically designed formulation makes the tubing to have outstanding physical, chemical and electrical properties, and also meet the requirement of RoHS and other environment concerned standards. It is designed for applications to seal and protect electrical splices, cable terminations and joints where electrical insulation and water proof are required. 3:1 shrink ratio allows it easily fit over irregular shape and large connectors.

KC8020 is a one-component room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber product, which has a faster surface drying and complete vulcanization speed, and its flame retardant grade reaches UL94V-0. It is especially suitable for flame retardant sealing and leaking. It has the functions of moisture-proof, shock-proof, insulation, etc. and can withstand the impact of alternating cold and heat, and has a good protective effect on packaging and coating components. This product is easy to use, can be used for a long time in the range of -60 to 200 ℃, and has excellent UV resistance, weathering resistance and good electrical insulation properties.

COTRAN spacer tape is extruded into two crossed threads that can then divert liquids, leading to its wide usage for casting resin joints in different applications, such as Low- and Medium Voltage, Cable Accessories and 2-component epoxy or PUR Cast Resins. It is engineered to build up voids in odd shaped splices and assures full resin coverage and forms a liquid tight mold.
