KC10 Cable trough box is a glass fiber reinforced plastic cable trough box, which is made of high-flame retardant polyester and high-density glass fiber. The product has the characteristics of good insulation, high strength, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, aging resistance, fire and flame retardant, good environmental adaptability (-50℃-60℃), odorless, and light weight. This product is only 1/4 the weight of the steel cable trough and 1/10 the weight of the cement cable trough. It is easy to install, low cost, long service life, and has the anti-theft function. All technical indicators are in line with the relevant technical requirements of the Monitoring Center of the Ministry of Transport and the Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of the Ministry of Railways. They are especially suitable for highways, railways, tunnels, electric power, petroleum, chemical, municipal government and other projects. The shear bolt connectors are intended for stranded and solid aluminum and copper cable, low voltage and medium voltage up to 36 kV.

They comprise cable areas 10-400 mm² even bigger for sector cable. There is also a screw sleeve for branches up to a total of 100 mm². The joint with the conductor is achieved by the screws in the connector or terminal being tightened to a predetermined torque.
