COTRAN tornado X526 light insulation material is a self-curing insulating coating material for robot coating. The coating material can be quickly constructed and cured at room temperature. After curing, it has good insulation properties, ultraviolet resistance, strong adhesion, mechanical wear resistance and heat resistance.

The robot coating device is composed of walking module, coating module and wireless control system. Made from radiation cross-linked polyolefin. The dual layer structure of insulation/hot melt adhesive effectively provides electric insulation and shock protection to busbar up to 24KV. Widely used to protect irregular shape busbar or connectors where tube products can not be applied.

COTRAN Cold shrink rubber end caps are usually used for environmentally seal and mechanically protect exposed cable ends using no tools, mastics or tapes. Cold shrink EPDM end caps are close-ended, tubular rubber tube that are factory expanded and loaded onto a removable core. When positioned over the end of a cable, or other cylindrical object, the core is removed to provide a reliable seal that protects your cable ends from environmental damage, like moisture, contamination and corrosion etc.

The inflatable duct sealing system (IDSS) is a wraparound, inflatable mastic-lined bladder used to seal empty or filled cable ducts. When inflated to proper air pressure, the IDSS seals the duct, guaranteeing a reliable water block. The IDSS can be installed in cable ducts in manhole, vaults, buildings, cabinets, or anywhere a reliable duct seal is needed. Application include ducts containing multiple copper, coax, or fiber cable, customer premise cable entrance, and air pipes. IDSS can be installed between -40℃ to 75℃.
