KC58 epoxy glass fiber electrical insulating tape is a strip of insulating binding material of a certain width, impregnated with a high temperature heat curing epoxy resin by a unidirectional, continuous twist, alkali-free glass fiber yarn after treatment. This tape has good softness and viscosity, opened in a network structure, easy to roll back, no loose wire, no overlap. The product has high strength, impact resistance, high modulus, low elongation, no hysteresis and no eddy current loss and other excellent properties.

Product introduction

Made of modified radiation crosslinked elastomer, it has excellent resistance to diesel oil, chemical agents, high temperature fluids, long-term heat resistance and wear resistance. It is used for the protection of military or automotive cable terminals, separation joints, etc., and the working temperature range of the cable harness is wide, and the environment of diesel, aviation fuel, hydraulic oil, lubricating oil and other fluids is required.

The shear bolt connectors are intended for stranded and solid aluminum and copper cable, low voltage and medium voltage up to 36 kV.

They comprise cable areas 10-400 mm² even bigger for sector cable. There is also a screw sleeve for branches up to a total of 100 mm². The joint with the conductor is achieved by the screws in the connector or terminal being tightened to a predetermined torque.
