Rescue operations are imminent, and reconstruction after the disaster cannot be delayed. COTRAN urgently established a "Aid Zhengzhou" working group to coordinate internal and external resources as soon as possible to support the restoration of local communication facilities. The first batch of communication materials have been delivered to China Telecom Henan Branch and China Mobile Henan Branch on the 24th.
