Splicing Connector Automatic Splice Full Tension Aluminum

Product Features
COTRAN automatic splice rated to hold a minimum 95% RBS of the Conductor used, can ensure quick and reliable overhead tension splice with fast and easy installation. The conductor simply slips into color-coded, funnel-shaped end piece and enters the pilot cap automatically with a simple push. The pilot cap guides the conductor to pass the set of serrated jaws and into the center of automatic splice.
Automatic splices are used on ACSR, AAC, AAAC conductor for an instant, positive and automatic connection, ANSI C119.4 Full Tension Class A connector.

Applications
Color-coded end piece provides instant visual identification of maximum conductor size
Funnel-shaped end piece quickly guides conductor into right position for insertion.
Pilot cap envelops strands and guides conductor pass serrated jaws and into splice center.
Precisely die-casted jaw provides optimum contact area for greater range of conductor sizes, reducing inventory stocking requirements.
Compressing stainless-steel spring positions jaws for positive conductor acceptance.
Tubular centers stop automatically determining proper insertion length of conductors.

Cu/Al Cable Connector

Applications：

Cable Connector are applicable to connect the circular wires and cables. GT series of copper connectors are used for copper cable connections, GL series of aluminum connectors are used for aluminum cable connections.

Shear bolt Connector&Lug

The shear bolt connectors are intended for stranded and solid aluminum and copper cable, low voltage and medium voltage up to 36 kV.

They comprise cable areas 10-400 mm² even bigger for sector cable. There is also a screw sleeve for branches up to a total of 100 mm². The joint with the conductor is achieved by the screws in the connector or terminal being tightened to a predetermined torque.

Bi-Metal Cable Lug and Connector

Bi-metal cable lug and Bi-metal cable connector are made from the highest quality aluminium and copper. Joined using a friction welding process.

COTRAN Insulation Piercing Connector (JJC series)

Product Applications COTRAN JJC series insulation piercing connectors are applicable for all types of LV-ABC conductors as well as connections in service line system, building electrical system and street lighting system. installation of JJC can be easily done by tightening bolts to forceteeth penetrate insulation of main line and tap line simultaneously. Stripping of insulation is avoided for both lines. Feature Material: insulation material made of weather resistant polymer. Contact teeth made of tinned brass or copper or aluminum.
