COTRAN tornado X526 light insulation material is a self-curing insulating coating material for robot coating. The coating material can be quickly constructed and cured at room temperature. After curing, it has good insulation properties, ultraviolet resistance, strong adhesion, mechanical wear resistance and heat resistance.

The robot coating device is composed of walking module, coating module and wireless control system. It can carry out automatic insulation treatment for 35kV and below overhead bare wires, and can work with live line, automatic up and down line, safe construction, convenient and efficient. After processing, it can effectively prevent insulation hazards such as tree barriers, small animal contact, and external short circuit, and improve the reliability of the power supply of the distribution network.
