The inflatable duct sealing system (IDSS) is a wraparound, inflatable mastic-lined bladder used to seal empty or filled cable ducts. When inflated to proper air pressure, the IDSS seals the duct, guaranteeing a reliable water block. The IDSS can be installed in cable ducts in manhole, vaults, buildings, cabinets, or anywhere a reliable duct seal is needed. Application include ducts containing multiple copper, coax, or fiber cable, customer premise cable entrance, and air pipes. IDSS can be installed between -40℃ to 75℃.

COTRAN spacer tape is extruded into two crossed threads that can then divert liquids, leading to its wide usage for casting resin joints in different applications, such as Low- and Medium Voltage, Cable Accessories and 2-component epoxy or PUR Cast Resins. It is engineered to build up voids in odd shaped splices and assures full resin coverage and forms a liquid tight mold.

Applications:

To provide oil resistance, void filling and sealing for oil-immersed cable termination and joints for heat shrink technology up to 36kV.

KC58 epoxy glass fiber electrical insulating tape is a strip of insulating binding material of a certain width, impregnated with a high temperature heat curing epoxy resin by a unidirectional, continuous twist, alkali-free glass fiber yarn after treatment. This tape has good softness and viscosity, opened in a network structure, easy to roll back, no loose wire, no overlap. COTRAN tornado X526 light insulation material is a self-curing insulating coating material for robot coating. The coating material can be quickly constructed and cured at room temperature. After curing, it has good insulation properties, ultraviolet resistance, strong adhesion, mechanical wear resistance and heat resistance.

The robot coating device is composed of walking module, coating module and wireless control system. It can carry out automatic insulation treatment for 35kV and below overhead bare wires, and can work with live line, automatic up and down line, safe construction, convenient and efficient. The shear bolt connectors are intended for stranded and solid aluminum and copper cable, low voltage and medium voltage up to 36 kV.

They comprise cable areas 10-400 mm² even bigger for sector cable. There is also a screw sleeve for branches up to a total of 100 mm². The joint with the conductor is achieved by the screws in the connector or terminal being tightened to a predetermined torque.
