Heat shrink cable accessories 1KV

Cotran heat shrink terminations and joints are composed of a series of pre-expanded adhesive lined heat shrink tubes and necessary accessories. Heat shrink and provide excellent waterproof seal and electrical insulation. The terminations and joints are designed to be suitable for SWA/UA, XLPE/PVC/PILC, S/C, multi-core cable rated to 0.6/1kV.

Wraparound Repair Sleeve

Cotran wraparound repair sleeve (CWRS) is designed to repair damaged cable jackets and protect cable or pipes where needs corrosion protection on undamaged ones. CWRS is made from modified cross-linked polyolefin (XLPE) with a hot-melt adhesive. When heating, the sleeve shrinks and the adhesive melts, thereby achieving tightly bonding between the sleeve and the cable. It provides an excellent solution of protection against mechanical stress, harshest environments, moisture and corrosion.

CWRF is a fiber reinforced repair sleeve, which is composed of XLPE and fiber layer. It can provide better mechanical properties. CWRA is a fiber reinforced and aluminum layer reinforced repair sleeve, which is composed of XLPE, fiber layer, and aluminum layer. It can provide more stronger mechanical properties than CWRS and CWRF.

Applications：

Used to provide insulation protection for cable outdoor termination in order to increase the creepage distance and avoid the formation of sewage for various of rod supporting insulators.

Heat Shrink 3 Cores Breakout (1~36kV)

Applications：

Used to provide insulation protection for cable termination and straight joint.

Heat Shrink Anti tracking Insulation Tube (1~36kV)

Applications：

Used to provide insulation protection for cable terminal, load-break switches, power circuit breakers, etc.

Heat Shrink Semi-Conductive/Insulation Double layer Tube (1~36kV)

Applications：

The tubing manufactured with special technology, is very suitable for applications in power cable joints up to 36kV.

Heat Shrink Stress Control Tube (11~24kV)

Applications：

The specially designed chemical formulation and carefully controlled manufacture technology effectively release the high electrical stress present at insulation screen in termination and joint of power cables from 11kV to 24kV.
