COTRAN spacer tape is extruded into two crossed threads that can then divert liquids, leading to its wide usage for casting resin joints in different applications, such as Low- and Medium Voltage, Cable Accessories and 2-component epoxy or PUR Cast Resins. It is engineered to build up voids in odd shaped splices and assures full resin coverage and forms a liquid tight mold.

KC5000 foam sealing material is made of A and B material after proper proportion of mixing, chemical reaction and form foaming body. Before it becomes a foaming body, the product is in liquid form and has good fluidity. It can be extremely well applied to fire proof and moisture-proof plugging at the bottom of various electrical and communication panels and cabinets, fire proof and moisture-proof plugging at the opening of complex perforating pipe fittings, etc. The foam sealing material by fire, heat and other high temperature will produce expanded carbon layer, can effectively prevent the spread of fire combustion and heat transfer, so it can provide good protection for non-fire surface, according to GB 23864-2009 standard requirements, with a 1.5h fire aging. In addition, the product in the harsh, dirty environment, still can maintain the normal fire and moisture-proof function.

KC6001 is a kind of butyl rubber mastic, with good viscosity, high temperature resistance (105℃), cold resistance (-40℃), waterproof insulation, never dry and other excellent properties. Joint protecting is made of insulating copper case with high-intensitive T2 copper, and the moulded high-density PE material of its external surface is used for insulation and anti-corrosion with good mechanical protection and permanent waterproof sealing performance, which ensure the joint to run safely and reliably in the long-term under harsh environment.In addition, it can equip glass fiber reinforced plastic protective box as a strengthen waterproof measure accordingly.
