COTRAN 932 Wear-Resistant Insulating Repair Tape

COTRAN 932 is made of special chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber as the base material, supplemented by two tacky mastic layers of flame retardant and waterproof. It can meet the wear-resistant, waterproof and fire-resistant needs of sheath repair for all types of cables. COTRAN 932 is used to repair of mining cables, outer jacket of mining cable splice kits and splicing of mine conduit.

Installation

1. Clean the dust and oil on the covered surface;

2. Remove the product release paper, the stretching rate is 10%~ 50%, and the winding is wound with 50% overlap rate;

3. The starting point and ending point of tape winding exceed 30~ 50mm at both ends of the coating part.

Storage

The inflatable duct sealing system (IDSS) is a wraparound, inflatable mastic-lined bladder used to seal empty or filled cable ducts.
