Cast Resin Joints(1KV)

Cotran resin joint kits (CRJK), made from polyurethane resin (PUR), are designed for indoor/outdoor (weather exposed), underground applications. CRJK is a safe, simple, and reliable jointing solution for both straight type and branch type joints. Excellent electrical and physical properties of CRJK make them ideal for insulating and protecting electrical assemblies. The PUR resin also can be suitable for use as adhesives or sealants. Flame retardant PUR is also available.

Two-chambered Polyurethane Resin (PUR) pack between 180ml/pack to 10 liters /container is available on request. Notes: Polyurethane Resin (PUR) is moisture sensitive. Opened containers must be handled properly to prevent moisture contamination. Shelf life is 12 months when properly stored.

1. The body of joint is made of imported silicone rubber with good quality, so it is with high strength, elasticity and tear resistance as well as excellent thermal

Joint protecting is made of insulating copper case with high-intensitive T2 copper, and the moulded high-density PE material of its external surface is used for insulation and anti-corrosion with good mechanical protection and permanent waterproof sealing performance, which ensure the joint to run safely and reliably in the long-term under harsh environment.In addition, it can equip glass fiber reinforced plastic protective box as a strengthen waterproof measure accordingly.
